Introduction
We’ll begin by meeting over the phone or in person — whichever is more convenient for you! During our meeting, I’ll take the time to get to know you, introduce myself, and explain the entire homebuying process. You’ll receive access to our exclusive buyer guides that will walk you through each step, ensuring you’re fully informed from start to finish.

Pre-Approval
While this step takes place outside of our consultation, it’s an essential part of the journey. I will explain the importance of obtaining pre-approval and introduce you to one of our trusted lenders. You’ll then work directly with the lender to get pre-approved, setting you up for success when you’re ready to make an offer.

Listing Search
During our consultation, if time allows, I will set you up to receive home listings that match your needs and preferences right away. If we don’t have time, I’ll make sure to set it up after our meeting. You’ll receive available homes directly to your inbox — no more endless hours of scrolling through listings or stressing over missed opportunities. We make it easy by doing the legwork for you.
