INSPECTION & TITLE WORK
- Complete loan application
- Schedule Inspections
- Negotiate any repairs & review title commitment

APPRAISAL & SURVEY
- Lender will order an appraisal
Title company will order survey

PRE-CLOSING
- Complete final walk-through & confirm repairs are complete
- Schedule utility transfer
- Get clearance from lender

CLOSING
- Meet to sign closing documents
